Make sure you're in your project folder when applying the following commands below, and do make sure you have Grunt installed in that particular folder.

sudo npm install grunt-contrib-uglify --save-dev (drop the sudo if you're on Windows)

Once you've ran the latter command, go ahead and add the following to your Gruntfile:

grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-contrib-uglify');

To use Uglify, just simply run the 'grunt uglify' command in terminal. Hopefully that helps, if not, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
